We may offer both hands-on service packages and software-based subscriptions. Specific deliverables are outlined in each client agreement or service plan.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice per 15 days past due.
  • Paid ad campaigns require separate funding for ad spend. Clients are responsible for providing payment details or budgets in advance.
  • Subscriptions to software platforms must be paid monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide all necessary content (photos, videos, logos, captions) in a timely manner.
  • Clients must approve drafts within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided to us is accurate and lawful.

5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Payment is not received after 30 days
  • You engage in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior

You may cancel services with 7 days’ notice unless stated otherwise in your contract.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our proprietary tools, templates, systems, and software integrations remain the property of The Next Level Media and Promotions.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, traffic levels, lead conversions, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control including market conditions and platform algorithm changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Next Level Media and Promotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
